 We headed up the road to enjoy our remaining time off. We headed over Santiam Pass and camped, hiked and fly fished along the McKenzie River for a couple nights, and then floated Clear Lake.

Then we headed to the top Santiam Pass for more camping, lake time and to get some riding in.

We dropped the trailer off on the pass at HooDoo, headed to town and home to restock and pick up the motorcycles and 4wheeler.

This is the view from HooDoo where we snowboard in the winter. We didn't realize this Big Lake was up there. When looking from this view in the winter it's frozen over and covered over in snow.

We camped just down the road from Big Lake, making it easy to access either the lake or the trails
