Hoodoo

 March 31 - Spring Snowboarding!

Using up our last passes before they expire and the snowmelts.

Probably my favorite time to go, second to a good powder day.

It was a beautiful sunny spring day

Feb. 17 - We found that Wednesday's at Hoodoo are our favorite day. They are closed on Mon and Tues so all the snow that occurs after close on Sunday is still there and no ones been on it. It's not as busy as Thrifty Thursday, or the weekends, either. It was one of the best powder days we have had up there. Jaxon always gets up early and gets us there to be one of the first, the things that motivate a teen to get up and get going!

For Mitch it's like riding a bike, he's still really good at snowboarding after all these years

This isn't a fair shot of Jaxon but it is funny! He really got to be a good snowboarder this year. And out boards all of us. He definitely took advantage of the time that online school and his days off gave him to snowboard!

It was a great day! Everyone made it and had fun in the powder!

February 4th - Jaxon and I headed to Hoodoo, my first time back on the mtn after surgery. He wanted to take me up to the top for my first run but I talked him into a practice run w me at Midway. OMG. He's getting harder and harder to keep up with!
