Our day started early,, early enough we got to see the hot air balloon the frequently comes through our area in the morning, as usual the pix just doesn't do it justice.
We are headed to Prineville for the day. The puppies had their spay and neuter appt, so instead of driving back and forth Jax and I decided to explore and play in Prineville. Of course we invited Morgan and Dawson, they would catch
up w us in a little bit.
We found a mtb trail just as you drop into Prineville. FBHQ had sponsored it and made it into a fun multi use trail system, w some pretty awesome views.
We also planned to hike up to the Steins Pillar - most times when we get together we get overly ambitious w/in our allotted time frame. So we didn't make it all the way, but we got a peak at it.
Jax and I had a little time to kill after Mo left and before we needed to pick up the puppies, so we found a BMX track in town that Jaxon tried out, while I kicked back and relaxed in the sun.
Poor puppies, this is Huck, still pretty doped up, eyes rolled back, nose squished up against the console.
Lil Maggie definitely got the worst of it, she barely even woke up the whole ride home, and it took her a good 12 hrs before she could keep anything down.
