She's off to nursing school! So proud of her taking on the challenge, saving up her money and continuing even when it seemed hopless.
Finding housing has proven to be quite difficult, inventory is low, prices are inflated and quality is poor.
Fortunately after a lot of looking and thinking outside the box we found an available spot for our r.v. for her to stay in.
There is even a dock to crab from.
So far most the weekends we've been there have been sunny!
It's been fun getting to explore a bit more of Newport. Travel streets we don't typically travel. Visit new beaches, try different restaurants, and all while having a place to stay

Back on the river. It's been interesting watching the river flow backwards when the tides rise.
Only one rainy day just as we were heading out after fixing a leak in the roof!
