Sh!%show of a run 😜

Todays run, usually not this eventful, and confirms why i sometimes just like to run w/o this guy... if only he didn't love it so much, and I didn't feel so guilty when I literally have to sneak a way from the house so he doesn't know I'm going running w/o him.
This selfie, which was even harder to do w a dog, was after I had dopped my phone once and he had shit twice but before I fell down in the burrow pit, and he shit for the third time (I believe he has ebs- excited bowel syndrome) then he freaked at the passing vehicles (apparently his ptsd from getting hit 2 years ago is still alive and well).

But we survived and finished 6 miles; but definitely not our fastest time.
