My First Individual Fun Run

I have the feeling that this post could have a lot of excuses in it....I'll try and resist. I'll start by saying how fun it was to participate and start the run with 3 of my SSC's ( the awesome women I run the Sawtooth Relay with), but this being the 2nd time I had run outdoors this spring I found it to be a bit more challenging than running on my cushioned treadmill with LOST episodes on. Lets just say I did finish the the 10k, resisted the overwhelming urge to finish with the 5kers, walked only once  to calm down the urge to vomit and finished in under 60 mins.
